Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alytic platform, websites, dashboard, APIs, plugins and related services (the "Service") provided by Alytic ("Alytic", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing an Alytic plugin, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity in your workspace. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

2. The Service

Alytic provides business intelligence, inventory, profitability, cash flow and AI insight tools for commerce operators. Features, limits and integrations may change to improve the Service.

3. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms including Google (OAuth sign-in), Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, OpenCart, Zapier, and payment providers. When you enable an integration:

  • You authorize Alytic to access and process the data covered by that integration's scopes.
  • You must comply with the third party's own terms — including Google APIs Terms of Service, Google API User Data Policy, Shopify API License and Terms of Use, and the equivalent policies of WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and OpenCart.
  • You represent that you have the right to share the connected store's data with Alytic, including any personal data of your end-customers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written consent.
  • Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Upload malware, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the platform.
  • Use Google or Shopify data received through Alytic for advertising, resale, or AI model training on third-party systems.

5. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data ownership & AI

You retain ownership of the data you or your integrations submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Alytic a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure and improve the Service for you.

Alytic AI models are run on isolated tenants. Customer Data is never used to train generalized or third-party AI models. Data received through Google APIs is handled under Google's Limited Use requirements.

7. Confidentiality & security

We apply industry-standard controls including encryption in transit and at rest, AES-256-GCM for sensitive fields, row-level security, and role-based access. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. On termination, your Customer Data is deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs are advisory and may contain errors — you remain responsible for business decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Alytic's total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid to Alytic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Alytic against claims arising from Customer Data, your integrations, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Riyadh, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
